Breed & Genders of these two

they are six or so weeks. I only have one of each of these varieties so I don’t have anybody else to compare them to directly. The mottled brownish one’s comb has really grown this past week.

The orange one (first few pics) is male.

First one is a cockerel.
Not sure about the second. First few pics had me thinking cockerel but the full body shot has me thinking pullet.

They were a rehome from someone and I don’t know where she got them.
