Breeding Red Stars

We have a few red stars and a beautiful rooster. I understand they’re hybrids but I’m unsure about breeding. If we hatch their eggs what breeds will we get?

"Barnyard Mix" is one term for chickens with a mix of ancestors

They will still be chickens, and the females will probably be fairly good egg layers, but they will not be any pure breed.
