The bird you call a hen looks like a cockerel. I believe I see saddle feathers coming in. Also looks double Barred, which males can only be.



Results if this rooster were bred to a Barred hen would result in Sex links. Males with headspots at hatch, & Feather out Barred. Females won't have headspot, would feather out solid.

Male offspring will also be black with Silver, or silver/gold split, & females would be black on red/gold base only.
Some offspring will inherit the white/pink shanks.
 
But if you did have a barred hen covered by that red roo, the baby boys should have a barred gene, and the females should not. The babies would most likely be black with some red bleed through.
