Bumblefoot

I thought my hen had bumble foot - When we brought her in to do surgery - after soaking her foot - we examined it to find no scab at all on either foot. Her feet are truly swollen. she is still laying but does not limp like at first. She is still walking up the ladder to the nesk and not staying on the ground.

Is she healing on her own or what? I am confused.
