bWhat is it about watching eggs to see if they're going to move? LOL

No one outside the chicken incubating world would understand, but what is it that makes us sit & watch the eggs waiting for the slightest movement? I go check every little bit to see if any new ones are moving around.....walking up so carefully so that I know the movement wasn't made by me hitting the table. LOL LOVE watching the miracle of a chick hatching from the egg

My first round of BCM chicks from my own flock are due to hatch tomorrow! I have a couple of rockers!

DH just puts the eggs in & pretty much forgets about them. I am constantly looking in the window watching for movement & watching temps / humidity. I just can't stand NOT to do it!!
