I got a great deal on Chicken wire $9 a roll and hardware cloth was $7 a roll! I bought all they had. Walmart was clearing it out.
My dog that i accidentally ran over with the Mule is still with us. I thought i would have to put him down, but he started eating and drinking, plus he jumped up on the sofa! I now have hope that he will recover!

Yes, she is - pretty close to the coast in Wilmington.

What a great idea two freezer drawers - one to keep ice cream solidly frozen, and one to maybe have it a bit warmer for instant noshing.

My house is completely scratch, dent, bent, and has been that way forever. Who knew that household appliances, paint, wallpaper, carpets didn't last forever.

The cat is back from her surgery staggering around. Keeping in my room until the medication wears off.

Good evening all.
Just brewed a fresh pot.
It's definitely fall around here. Got up this morning to 2C temps (35F), but surprisingly no frost. Then the temp climbed all the way to 29C (about 89F I think). Tomorrow is supposed to reach 33C! That's the warmest temp we've had all summer. Just a mean jab to remind us what we won't see for months and months to come.
