We really did have a great time. I am so reluctant to get out of my comfort/rut zone, but the Princess is nicknamed 'The Bulldog' for good reason.

Yeah...and the bugs...plus I gave birth there in late May.
When I woke one night with something large crawling over my bare foot, I kicked my foot and heard said something hit the wall with a crack, turned on the light to find a giant palmetto bug on top of the crib netting. I turned to my spouse and said "We're going back to Michigan". We left about 3-4 weeks later.

I fell asleep before the coffee got ready. Didn't wake up until it was time for lunch. Just as well as it i too cold and rainy. Freezing ran and trying to build coops outside don't mix. There are better days coming soon.

I am drinking hot water. I don't feel like sipping coffee or tea.
The drifts are getting deeper. It is easy to see that the sun angle is moving upward today with the sunshine, so I guess that is a positive.

Warmer today ~7, even warmer tomorrow 15-18, relief in sight.
Then power blips. PleasePleasePlease stay on.
So far so good, nothing after the 3 blips within 5 minutes.
