You can set your preferences so that you don't get notifications of likes in your alerts.

Click on your User Name in the upper header. Click on Preferences and scroll down and uncheck the Alert box for Reacts to your message. Click on Save. You will no longer get alerts about reactions received.

If you want to check on your Reactions Received, click on your User Name, Click on the number of your Reaction Score or on Reactions Received.
