Holiday cran-raspberry and Champagne jelly.
This is a uniquely semi-sweet jelly with suspended champagne bubbles. The jelly pairs well with buttery English muffins or a fluffy flaky southern biscuit.

Entry 3
On the rack-Thumbprint cookie recipe-dough recipe is 5 generations strong (1880’s = lard and real butter)
Topped with Chocolate kiss; Turtle- Rolo with pecan crusted cookie; Cran-raspberry Champagne jelly.

In the foreground- My version of soft molasses cracked cookie, aka ‘Mommas sweet molasses’. So good!
