I don’t know if by my admission I’m showing my ignorance or naivety, but I really don’t get the gist of this joke.

It is VERY obvious that the pix is Photo-shopped,,, but so are so many of the other memes that I encounter,,,, IT MAKE FOR FUNNY ENTERTAINMENT.
