cackle hatchery rainbows asst ID

Got these chicks last week as part of the 'hen rainbow asst' -- 18 chicks, some are the same breed....help a gal out? pretty sure numbers 2, 4, and 8 are easter eggers. Not sure about the others. There is one not pictured that I am fairly certain is a white leghorn. Not sure about the one with black spots on her back... She is more cream colored, not white. Sure got a really nice assortment. Will be fun to add them to the flock!

1 is probably a California white

Yes, 2, 4, and 8 are Easter eggers.

3 could be a production Rhode Island red, but not sure.

5, not sure on this one. Maybe white Jersey Giant?

6 brown Leghorn or Welsumer.

7 it's buff, but not sure beyond that. Legs look too yellow for a buff Orpington.

8 probably a barred rock

It will be easier to tell when they get older.

I think number 7 is a buff plymouth rock... yellow legs are a breed characteristic

Cackle doesn’t appear to carry that color variety for the Rocks so it can’t be that.

Yeah -- I just looked it up... weird! Guess it's just a wait and see.
