Cackle hatchery's Hatchery Surprise- Anybody got this before?

Thank you! They did. So far no casualties. One duck and a variety of chickens. Was too excited to get clear pictures this morning. Will try and post

So far only lost one little chick. We got one duck and the rest chickens.

I feel bad for the ducks. You'd think they would try to send at least 2. I keep seeing people getting just one... what if the person doesn't have ducks? I guess they could get rid if them, or get more.

How many did you get? I can only count 22 in that picture.

We got 50 chicks including the duck. That is not all of them in the picture.

I didn't think about that side of us getting the one duck. We have 6 ducks that are about two months old so. Maybe after quarantine they can all be buddies.

Good think you have other duckies. The little one may be too little to be with the older one yet. But at least your little buddy with have friends

I could be wrong, but I'm almost certain I see a turkey.

I was curious about that, but thought they had naked necks. So far all the ones with feathers on feet don't have five toes.

Yeah the large white one right below the waterer looks like a Turkey poult, good eye popsicle!!!
