Where in RI are you? I'm in Coventry and from what I had read for here, and Warwick when I lived there it depends on your zoning. If you're out in the sticks like me I wouldn't worry so much. Here in Coventry Roosters are illegal so I just don't keep those but I have like 51 chickens, ducks, and turkeys right now and my neighbors are total jerks but my girls barely make a sound (except my pekin duck girl...)
