Can you help me hatch my first batch of eggs

I helped it and it just popped right out. Most of the feathers were already dried.

It's coming out on it's own and is just wiggling around. Also some of the feathers are stuck to the egg.

Congrats on the hatch! I've had this issue a couple of times, if you have coconut oil, Neosporin, triple Antibiotic, etc, you can gently apply that to the areas that the feathers are dried and stuck to soften the membrane and allow the feathers to gently detach

Sounds like some of the membrane has dried to feathers. You can take a damp/wet Q-tip and soften the membrane and removing stuck shell

But also be careful not to apply too much as this can prevent the chick from drying out.

This works just as well! Just be sure the water your using on the q-tip is warm, just in case you touch skin to prevent chilling the chick
