is this a double yolker? see the "v"....? should I get rid of it now or wait and see....?

It does look like a dbl yolker. Have you already started incubating it? It depends on your personality. If you would be devastated by the loss of the chick(s) inside, get rid of it now. However, occasionally, 2 chicks do successfully hatch from a dbl yolker, and it looks like a nice big egg. So, if you want a challenge, you could set it, and monitor closely, and see what happens.
