There's a farm a few miles up the road from us that has those minis that are actually properly proportione

We had one on the way to town that was not properly proportioned. We called him Creepy Pony

We always have rescue something coming into this house. We bring in hurt wildlife, rehabilitate them, and then set them free.

At this very moment I have a frigging skunk living in my run with my chickens, and I warned it that if it hurts any of my birds today, I am going to trap it, then eviscerate it. No joke. I have helped enough animals that I hope this one obeys the laws of Karma and lets me simply catch and release it tonight. I have apparently been providing it food and water and shelter for months, and I have only just this morning become aware of its presence with my flock. So I am praying that Karma is on my side and lets me do the right thing, rather than the evil thing.

When I lived in the city, there were skunks *everywhere*!

Now that I'm out in the middle of nowhere, I haven't seen one. Not even a dead one on the side of the road.
