My mom died when I was 23. I talked to her afterward, anyway, even though she wasn't there. We used to have a "thing" when I was a little girl: I'd ask her, "What would you do if you were me?"

I asked her that, a lot! after she she died.
Maybe I’ll try talking to her and see what happens. Also :hugs

My mother has been gone over 25 years now and I was even older when she died, but I still sometimes talk to her.
I also quite often share a joke with my Dad who has been gone nearly 10 years now.
That probably sounds quite weird - I mean I know they aren't here - but it is strangely comfortable somehow.
