chick won't stand and curls feet

I have a chick (out of 31) that is not moving and seems like it can't stand up and when I pick it up the feet automatically curl up instead of being all sprawled out. It is 2-3 weeks old, red ranger. I didn't notice anythign this morning before I left for work but found it when I got home....any ideas or what else would you want to know about it? TIA

it does want to eat & drink but just can't stand, seems like splayed/spaddled legs, is that common in a 2-3 weeker? from my first research it seems to be a new chick thing...
