Chicken is clearly sick, put it out of its misery or is this treatable?

We have a speckled sussex who has been acting weird for a few weeks. She hasn’t been showing many symptoms, but she has been distancing herself and changing her sleeping spots. Her wings have been a little droopy as well. Today we went down to their pen to find her laying down & the other hens had pulled out her feathers. Her eye is very swollen and she is still acting sickly. Her nose is running and she is being very stand-off ish. We were going to put her down, but then she rolled over and walked off. We know she is sick, but I don’t know how to handle the situation. I don’t want to cull her unless I have to, but we also don’t have the time/money to have extensive treatment. Any advice?

She is almost a year old. Her crop is very lightly colored, almost white. I was concerned about that as well. Her droppings have been normal.

We give them minerals & vitamins. I don’t think we have any specific antibiotics.

She seems much better today. Still lethargic, but is walking around with others, eating/drinking. We are keeping a close eye on her and she is sleeping in her own pen.
