That is true, too! Let us know if it gets better or worse, please!But you cannot treat Marek's. Treat for the leg mites for now, since that is treatable, and re-evaluate if nothing improves.

I have a young speckled sussex pullet about 16 weeks old who has been "High stepping" for about 4 weeks now. We got her from a local breeder. I will have to check to see if she was vaccinated for Marek's.....could she be high stepping this long and still have Marek's? Otherwise she is completely healthy - and none of my others are showing any signs - however most (except for 3 that my hen hatched last summer have been vaccinated) Please help! Need advice.
