Chicken ordinances in PA

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can keep chickens in Salix, PA 15952. We are looking to buy a house, and we are hoping to get probably 3 hens as pets/for eggs. I cannot find anywhere what township/borough the house is considered though. The house we're looking at is on Forest Hills Drive, right next to Miller Motor Co. Any help?

15952 appears to be in Adams Township, Cambria County, but I can't find any information besides that. In Cambria Township you can't have chickens "within 175 ft of any dwelling or street".
