Ive seen a couple of topics like this "what grass should i plant" or "weeds! Help!"
well the awnser is do nothing (unless its like brambles or somthing harmful to chickens and people)
pit holes or even little "dips" should be fill to level with the others because chickens legs are strong but its a big foot and its like us falling in a pit hole it might twist are ankle.
