I suspect One of my birds stepped on a piece of wood with a finishing nail in it. She isn't putting any weight on it but there's no broken bones and otherwise no apparent injury.

How do I treat this? I have Iodine, peroxide, witch hazel, etc.

Edit : bird is a golden laced wyandotte, she is limping with the injured foot curled so that she doesn't bear weight on the bottom of it. There's no evidence of an abscess or bumblefoot(based on pictures)

I would soak her foot in betadine water. Then paint it in betadine afterward. It might also help to keep her in a dog crate with food and water on a clean old towel for bedding for a day or so, so the puncture wound can heal and seal up. Then watch it for any signs of infection.
