Chicken stock - how long in fridge is ok?

Hi guys!

I made some chicken stock over a week ago, stuck it in the fridge to cool so I could peel off the fat and portion for freezing... then I forgot. Doh! Do you think it's still good? I hate to toss it... hate to waste anything!

I never eat anything perishable more tha 3-4 days old. Is it worth the risk for some stock?

Just a few hours ago I had to take a coworker to ER for potential Food Poisoning.
