Chicken with a swollen face

My hen sweetpea has a swollen face and half pale comb. It has snowed recently. I look into frost bite but nothing matches sweetpea's looks. I just noticed that she was swollen today. If it's something serious then i think i caught it early. None of my other bird look anything like her. Also her whole face is pale and she is only swollen by her eyes on both sides of her face. Do you guys know ehat's wrong with her.

Could it be an allergy or bugs bite?

It could be allergies but no bug bites it's the dead of winter here.

Look her over for lice/mites, doesn't matter if it's winter or not.

How's the ventilation in your coop? Does she have mucous in her beak or nostrils, any coughing, sneezing, wheezing, etc?

What do you feed?
Have you ever had respiratory disease or Marek's within your flock?

The coop ventilation is fine. No marek's and i think a respiratory once.

Then check her for lice/mites and look inside her ears for any infection.
