Chicks Eye Deformed / Injured

I found this chick looking like he got scalped by one of our turkeys about 2 weeks ago and have been keeping him inside since. I have been putting neosporin on his head and it seems to keep it moist and he is super active, but noticed last night his eye looks like it’s being pulled upwards. He doesn’t appear to have any trouble with blinking, but i’m wondering if there’s something I should do? Is his head healing making scar tissue that’s pulling it like that? It doesn’t seem to bother him, just don’t want it to cause future problems for him

It is likely that the eye was so close to the injury that there is swelling that hopefully will go down.
