I made this incubator myself. 2-60Watt bulps, 12v pc fan , thermometer, W1209 temperature controller, 2 peanut butter bottles made holes in lid for water evaporation(humidity) cooler box.
This is the second time I use this box and first time I full it up to max capacity with eggs.
+/-21day to go...............:jumpy

Wicked cool. I like the peanut butter jar dealy, I might have to copy that if it works :)

I'm using a DIY presently as well... the only thing I'm a little worried about is ventilation and humidity but I think I'm good. How's yours for ventilation?

I made 4 holes just above the bulbs 3 at the bottom of the box opposite the 4 and under the 4 holes @ bottom of box 2 holes so I think 9 holes for ventilation is fine. my first try was 3 out of 7 butt I am improving in my attempts . practice makes perfect. peanut butter jars work 100% I like it because its compact and don't full up the hole box

Nice! I'm still controlling mine manually but I have one ordered.

For ventilation, I looked at what similar sized styrobators have, which actually isn't much. As long as you have low and high holes for air flow you should be golden.
