Coturnix Quail Question in PA

I am looking at getting into raising Coturnix quail in PA but can’t find anything that that mandates the requirement for a possession permit. Only one I see is for Bob White quail. Can anyone help out and provide any information or helpful links to answer this question? Also any rules about selling Coturnix quail in PA also?

After looking online myself, the information I see says that every state is different so you will need to check with your state for their rules and regulations.

There are BYC threads dealing with this for your state. I've tried to copy and paste, but my computer isn't letting me do that.
