I had eight eggs and seven out of eight hatched by day twenty I have one left and have attached pictures of what it looks like today. It still looks viable and when I did the float test yesterday it did not sink or float. It appears to be a baby in there.l don't see any movement though. Any help on how long I should wait or things I should look for to know that it's not good?I'm on day 24 now & not sure what to do.

The float test for hatching is where you will look for movement. It’s not really looking for the egg to float or sink. The water just makes it easier to observe movement that you wouldn’t necessarily notice by looking at the egg. But I do agree with the other poster that your egg is most likely dead. 3 whole days after every one else has hatched is a bit long. Maybe try the water test again and look for movement.
Good luck!
