Diarrhea in 8 week old chicks

I just moved my chicks to their coop full time. I put food and water in the coop but for some reason the poultry nipples got blocked and they didn’t get any water for over 24 hours. I had trained them how to use it, so it’s not that they didn’t know how, they just quit working. I put the waterer from the brooder in the coop yesterday and they all drank like crazy. Today one of my girls has diarrhea. Should I suspect illness, dehydration, or too much water? What do I do?

Keep an eye on her. You may want to add electrolytes to the water for the day to help with the stress. I'm leaning to too much water at a time when they had none for awhile.
