Differences in Eggs

Since I have only had my chickens and turkey since spring...I don't know what it means when you get an egg like the one in the middle...I have two reds in a pen together...they look just alike but the white hen egg comes from one and the one in the middle from the second one...I know I am weird but I am sort of fascinated by the differences in the eggs..color, size, texture and now shape and size at one time...

Don't worry, all of us here are fascinated with egg colors, shapes and sizes!

And in regards to that egg, I believe it's just what is referred to as a "fart egg." Very technical term, yes.

By the way, that white egg is huge! Did you crack it open yet? Was it a double-yoker?
