Different Color Spots On Chickens

I have two naked neck chickens, and I noticed these spots all over them. The green spots are mostly under the wings, on their breasts, and on their legs. The red spots are all over. They are acting normal otherwise. I do have two other chickens, both are Rhode Island Reds. They don’t have have any spots as far as I can tell.

The green/blue ones are peck marks, chickens bruise blue/green.
Red could be bug bites.
