This chick (6 weeks old) has been pecked. Should we separate her or leave her with the flock?

We have a total of 26 pullets and 1 roo in an 8x8 coop. We know we need more roosting bars to prevent this in the first place. They are being installed this weekend. We also plan to start letting them out when we get the run set up, hopefully also this weekend, but it's raining.

I would bandage it. One of my EEs once was bleeding on its toe. I just wrapped it with a human bandage...no medication. And let her be. I switched it everyday. I feel like separating her may make her stressed. This is with my chicks though, your chicks may just peck it right off!
