Can you extend your roof overhangs to keep snow out without compromising ventilation?
That would require a bit of a rebuild/construction. May just try to insert another plastic section in there to see if that helps. If yes, then revisit all in spring. I've discovered today that my chickens HATE the snow (unsure yet if they HATE it as much as me but I'm guessing yes.

I’ve discovered today that my chickens HATE the snow and cold (unsure yet if they HATE it as much as me but by the looks of things, I’m guessing yes. These two stood there like that for 5 or more minutes until I picked them up and brought them to the coop).

@CluckerFamily As you are in WI, too, do you think this will be a problem? Thinking I can fix by getting different plastic panel for the two areas it got in but curious how much of a problem this will be. Can obviously shovel out but ...
I use full sheets of plastic to cover a side of the run. I leave about a foot gap at the top so some snow gets in when the wind comes sideways. I end up shoveling snow into the run for the flock to eat.
