Duck burns/ balding

I know others have posted threads about this, but none as severe as mine. Pictures included. What do I do??

That looks very uncomfortable for your duckling, so I hope you can get him or her some relief soon.

More info would be helpful for suggesting a course of action, like:
-Age
-How long this has been present
-Brooder setup (bedding, other animals, heat source)
-Type of feed
-Current treatment
-Any other symptoms

Age- About 2-3 weeks, just started getting tail feathers a week ago
This has started last week
Bedding- Pine shavings, and straw right now because i'm out.
Heat source is a heat lamp
I feed them all purpose all fowl crumble
I am rubbing vaseline on the areas.
