Duck eggs. Day 22. Veins but no movement

I have 10 khaki campell eggs. They are on day 22 of 28. Humidity is 55% and temp is 37.7c. Definitely getting cramped but I can see tiny movement in all but three. I haven't seen movement in 2 or 3 days from these 3 eggs. I don't know if they're tired, cramped or dead because they have great veins still. Sorry for how blurry the pics are. My 7 year old had to take them for me while I candled.
