Ducks a-layin'

Perfectly normal. Your other three will most likely start laying in a few weeks when the days get longer. I am guessing that your first three started laying before winter started so they kept on. It is normal for ducks to take the winter off from laying. Especially if they are a meat type like a Rouen rather than an egg type like a Khaki Campbell. They wouldn’t want ducklings to hatch at a time when they might not survive.

Thanks for that answer. It had me stumped. I'll wait and hope things pick up in Spring.
