what is the e locus on these? is this duckwing? or partridge?

I really enjoy this spectrum of pattern and coloring. I want to keep this general look into future generations but im also wanting to select for olive eggs.

I have a black copper maran rooster in going to use for my f1 generation but from what I understand birchen is dominant. So my f1 will all be birchen.

F2 I should be able to select out the birchen and for olive eggs?

Does this sound right?

Looks like most or all are duckwing.

Yes, your F1 will probably all hatch black. For the second generation, breed your F1 rooster back to the Easter Egger hens, cull all the non striped chicks, and you should have what you want.

Partridge hens lack the salmon breast and are not prone to shafting (the stripe of color on the shaft of the feather) like duckwing hens are. Apart from the hackle and tail, partridge females have a uniform color over their entire body.

Here's an example of partridge.
