I know that chicken eggs start their expiration time when you wash them and put them in the fridge. Also, you can store them unwashed inside for awhile. My question is what if they were not collected for a few days but the highs around here haven't touched 70? Would they still be ok? As for duck and turkey eggs, are they held to these same food safety standards?

Yes, the eggs should still be safe to cook & eat.

I do not know for sure about duck or turkey eggs, but I would expect that treating them the same as chicken eggs would work well enough.
