Egg Turner freaking out

I have a genesis hovabator running with a dozen or so eggs in it, with one of the 42 egg turners in it. I was walkin by and heard a funny sound, the turner had just dropped the eggs, the racks were completely vertical, and the frame was torqued a little bit on the corner the motor is in...anyone ever had that happen before?

Actually yes. I had a staggered hatch last month and took out the first three racks. I was walking by the bator and saw that they were nearly sideways and then saw that they were not rotating. I took them out and put them in the empty space and had to wait for the motor arm to move along (it was still trying to do its job). What had happened was my error. I didn't take out the correct racks and the turner arm slipped out of the motorized crank? Hope this makes sense? I waited for it to come around and slid it back in and put in the front rail and all was fine after that. Hope this helps.
