In the Brooder

I noticed that one of four from our last batch of new chicks was laying down more than her mates in the outside brooder box (in a shed) Then realized she was much much smaller. I put the bigger 3 in the outside pen with the other bigger chicks. The chick seemed to be struggling to breathe or acting like it needed to throw up. I brought it inside to the baby brooder box with a heat plate and gave electrolytes in water by a dropper, there is a two day old chick from the incubator in there that seems way more active than her. The chick I’m concerned about is almost fully feathered, but her physical growth doesn’t seem to match. She also doesn’t seem to walk around much, but is able to. I believe she is almost a month old. She eats when I take her out and put crumble or scrambled eggs on the counter. Not sure if she is when inside. She is pooping, but really small. Sorry to ramble, just trying to figure out what is going on
