I think it's a Barred owl.
Last year we watched a baby grow up in our back woods.

The last couple mornings i can hear turkeys gobbling in the field behind us. Kinda cool.

So, the Bluebird house I got this spring is up as of yesterday, today I saw a Bluebird. First of the season! I made a pattern before putting it together.

That's a cute bird. Is that a rock it's next to? looks like petrified osb ?!
