First timer!

Good morning! My name is Reid, I'm a new member here and a first-time backyard chicken owner! I have 7 little chicks at the moment, I believe they're about 4 weeks old. 6 barred pullets and 1 RIR (unsure of sex yet)

I'm super pumped about them and can't wait to learn everything chickens and the benefits! Any tips or tricks I need would be appreciated!
I have 2 little girls who LOVE checking on the chicks with me!
