Flighty 7 week old chick

Is there a way to get them used to being around human without running away?
Hens comes to me when called, and the chicks follow, but aren’t too confortable around me yet

u can try hand feeding treats always works for me. just hold it out and stay as still as u can. sometimes they dont like being stared at either
