Good move. I’m sorry that I missed that she is unwell. How humid is it where you live? It’s pretty dry here, and I use misting fans. However, I’ve always been curious about thise swamp cooler dealy bibs, as well.
Well it can be Florida type humid here, and hot! And then we will get huge storms it clears out and will cool off - this year it's really crazy with temp and humidity swings with the weather.

Now it really cool and dry, only 13C right now at 3am... Brrr!

Finally home. While we were down there did as much school shopping as she could physically stand. Just need shoes and school supplies which will be easy to get here at home. I saw some questioning why her eye dr is not local. Rosie was a premi and it affected her eyes. She has been in glasses since 10 months old and in bi-focal lenses since she was 5. None of the eye drs local would see her and she has been seeing the same specialist since she was 10 months. At 14 there is one who interned under her current eye dr who would see her now if I chose. But he said himself, they are familiar with her, and while he may see 1 every few months with her problems her dr see's them daily so recommends staying with them for now. I normally do not mind the trip. She handled it pretty good, slept most of the way there and back only a few complaining moments after her ice pack became warm. I did come home to a happy surprise. I have 2 of the new pullets laying. Not sure which 2, but I found 2 tiny pullet eggs in the corner of the coop.
I figured it was something like that, it's the same here with specialists. Egg-cept, the distances can be even greater! I know people having to fly in from Sudbury to Toronto or even further up north. And it can be months or more to see certain specialists,

The joys of a small population living in a country with vast distances 😊

True, but that is how I know what I've read/where I left off.

Maybe just hit the emote at the top or bottom of the page to signify that page is read?
I’ve just started skipping as I’m now 100 pages behind. When I stop I bookmark the last post I’m on and continue on from there the next time.
