seems one of the leghorns has fowl pox. She doesn't seem any worse for wear other than lesions on her comb and wattle. Also, both leghorns have combs that flop over...is that normal?

If it's Dry Fowl Pox, then it should resolve on it's own over the course of several weeks. I would just monitor them to make sure they are eating/drinking well.

White Leghorns can have floppy combs.
