Fowl Pox??

My GJB Hen Had a Little Bump Above Her Eye as you can see on these pictures I Took it out and it had some yellow stuff inside of it what could it be?? Please help

In the threads I have seen about fowl pox, it presents as a bunch of flat black spots on the combs and wattles of many or most of the flock, and this is what happened when mine got it. I had one hen eventually develop some secondary infection, but that was a few days later. I would think the most likely cause of an isolated lesion like that is some sort of injury, perhaps a pecking injury. I'm sure there are several other things it could be. If she were mine, I'd dab a bit of Neosporin on the spot for a few days -- hopefully it will clear up.
