It is cool today outside and I’ve noticed my chickens either more lazy or more hungry. They all ate a lot today and I did see some adjusting their crops by doing their yawns.
However one of the pullets are on my porch standing rather straight and closing her eyes. Every so often she does that jolt, of looking like she wants to throw up. She is not yawing. Is this likely another form of adjusting the crop ? She does have a lot of plump in the front of her chest. I just haven’t seen this behavior before. And it’s 3:24, she looks very tired.
