I have a chicken that has a hurt foot or leg. What do I do about it? She'll walk,run,eat and drink but worried about her.

I am going to follow this so I can maybe learn what's wrong with my rooster. Went from a slight limp several days ago to not bearing any weight at all today. No visible sores.

I haven't noticed any sores on my hen but she is just limping. I'm going to watch her over the weekend and see. Hopefully she'll be better by then. I'm wondering if she tripped over a root.
