Giving Broody Hen Baby Chicks??

I have a broody hen and want to let her raise a few chicks that I just hatched in my bator. How do I go about doing this? When is the best time? Day? Night? How? Etc?

I would do this at night.

I just did it a week or so ago. Slipped them under her after dark using as little light as possible (a weak flashlight pointed away.) Took away the golf balls she was incubating as I placed the chicks. Worked like a charm.
